Relaxation Audio Tapes
What have you been listening to lately? Many of us depend on a
certain genre of music to help us get ready in the morning for the
day that awaits us, but what about the inverse? What about using a
certain type of ¡§music¡¨ to help us unwind from a busy, stressful day
at the office and to help prepare our body and minds for the night
of peaceful rest that awaits us? The answer is that we spend more
time and energy getting ready to go to work than getting ready to go
to bed. Studies have shown that this habit is actually
counterproductive in many ways. If we properly prepare our body and
minds for our sleep cycle, then we will not need to expend all the
extra time and energy to artificially invigorate our bodies to face
